Renae Schmidt

Renae Schmidt oversees our sales support department. As the department lead, Renae directly supports her team and approximately 250 outside sales representatives. She acts as the bridge between our outside sales professionals and our internal divisions, including production, finance, shipping, training and customer service. She also oversees many company programs and processes, such as the grower finance program and order processing. 

Renae has a strong background in agriculture. She grew up on her family’s farm in northwest Iowa where they raised livestock and row crops. Renae was also very involved in 4-H and FFA. She earned a B.S. in agricultural education from Iowa State University and then began her career in sales after college.

Outside of work, Renae enjoys spending time with family, including husband, Marty, son, Brodrick, and daughters, Kerilyn, Torianna and Eliza. When she’s not busy watching her children play sports or show cattle, she’s actively landscaping, gardening or spending time on the water. Renae and her family reside on an acreage near Adel, Iowa.
